"I thought it was satire when I was calling around for new insurance, I heard “Hi this is Jake from Statefarm” and I was almost ready to hang up thinking I wanted to deal with a real person, not somebody impersonating a TV personality. I learned that this was as a matter of fact a ‘Jake’ from Statefarm, and he had just chosen the right job for his name. He makes finding insurance easy, he’s well spoken and was very helpful when asking about bundling and explaining to me what each policy held and what it would mean in case of disaster. He was very understanding when I accused him of not being real and informed me that he got that a lot, but once everything was in place for new policies I felt confident that this is an insurance company who makes sure to keep you in touch with an agent and not a machine, there’s always somebody to answer and help. 5 stars ."
