"Shopping for insurance is brutal. Jake (that’s his actual name!) at Todd’s office was fantastic. He called once then politely communicated with me via text exclusively since I was too busy to talk. I was also getting a million other phone calls from other agents, sometimes multiple calls a day from the same person. Jake was responsive, knowledgeable and respectful all around. He ran my quote, made suggestions to help me lower my rate and ultimately constructed multiple policies for me exactly how I needed them. 10 out of 10, totally recommend The Real Jake with State Farm."
