Policies consistently changing without communication from the office, notices of charges without explanation, and any time we call, they would blame someone else in the office. Could never keep drives assigned to the proper vehicles either. Switched to a different agent who actually found that I was overpaying $4,000 for my homeowners insurance simply because of how they input my address from Todd’s office.
